**Pregnancy Coaching
Individual Health Counseling as above, tailored for Fertility or Pregnancy.(6 month-12 month) I will guide and support you during your process. You can call at anytime, to ask questions, or get support! It's like having a pregnancy concierge to help you through! I will help you make smart nutritional choices to prepare your body for pregnancy, or during your pregnancy. We will discuss birthing options, and more! $1000.00/ 6months, $1600/12 months ***DOULA SERVICE OFFERED AT A DISCOUNT WITH INDIVIDUAL PREGNANCY COACHING
** GROUP Health Counseling
Groups of ten/ $30 per person, BI WEEKLY*** Groups of 5, $60 per person bi monthly.***All Paid in advance. Includes all of the above (described in individual coaching) in a group format. Start a Group!

** DOULA SERVICES
Doula service includes: One prenatal visit to discuss your birth plan and go over comfort measure techniques. I will work with whatever childbirth technique you have studied. I will work with you and your partner, or I will be your partner! I will be available to you as soon as you hire me via e-mail or phone to assist/answer questions. At the onset of labor, I will come to your home to labor with you until you give birth. I will never leave your side! After the birth of your baby, I will stay with you for a minimum of one hour to assist you with brestfeeding, and to help you ease into your new role. I will visit you in your home, or the next day to check in with you and your new family, and then again (optional) in two weeks time, still aviailable as a resource by phone or e-mail
Basic Doula (as above) $1000.00 With 2 /50 min pre-natal Reiki sessions $1100.00, in combination with private Health Coaching (above), $850.00, As a member of one of my group Health coaching Programs, $950.00.
** Breastfeeding Education
Group classes only $350 for a 1.5 hour class maximum 15 people
