Hi, my name is Abigail Valencia. Nutrition du Monde was born after my own personal struggles with Celiac Disease and Fertility. I am a Certified Holistic Health and Lifestyle Counselor through Integrative Institute of New York, Columbia University Teacher's College and the American Academy of Drugless Practioners. I am also a Certified Reiki Practitioner (Usui lineage), and a DONA trained Birth Doula, a CAPPA trained Breastfeeding educator.

My goal is to guide you toward a happier, healthier life through Nutrition Counseling and stress reduction techniques. You will experience enhanced energy, reduction of cravings, an understanding of how your body works and tools for success in creating the life you want.
